We know times can get hectic during the Black Friday period, that’s why we’ll strive to deliver your order to you within 1-3 working days. For heavier items such as inflatable hot tubs, this may take little longer, but we aim to deliver this to you within 2-4 working days. We’ll send you a tracking number once we’ve dispatched your order, so that we can keep you in the loop on where your order is. We’re confident in the quality and build of our Lay-Z-Spa hot tubs, so much so that we offer extended warranties to give you peace of mind. All our hot tubs in the Black Friday sale will include a warranty for up to 12months as standard.

For added re-assurance and in the lead up to Christmas, we’ve extended our returns window. As our Christmas returns apply for orders placed between the 1st October and 31st December, your Black Friday order will be included in this extended returns period. Orders placed between these dates will be eligible for return up until and including the 31st January. If your order is unwanted, please ensure this is returned unused and in its original condition. Please read our Returns Policy fully before returning your order or item.
